Ballet-slipper-pink~beautiful Vintage 30s Nightdress/pyjama Case In Lovely Condition~hand Embroidered Satin~perfect For A Beauti - Online

This is a beautiful vintage nightdress, pyjama or lingerie case made out of luxurious pale pink satin which feels like pure silk. It is hand sewn with a hand embroidered bowl of flowers on the front flap. I believe it dates to the 1930s. The embroidery is backed with a layer of fine, semi opaque taffeta with a border of pink chainstitch. There is no fading. The condition is superb with just a tiny mark seen by my little finger nail to illustrate how teeny it is and a couple a slight surface grazes which are also tiny. These are all under the flap. It looks pristine on display and would be a wonderful addition to a pretty boudoir.THE MEASUREMENTS...This gorgeous nightdress case measures 17” across and 11½ high when closed.*I ALWAYS TRY TO POST NEXT WORKING DAY AND WILL ALWAYS KEEP YOU INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS OF YOUR ORDER.*On my monitor the colours are spot on but do remember that all monitors vary.PLEASE NOTE that if you are not at home to accept a parcel then this is likely to result in delays and difficulties.
