Every bug report is carefully considered and we will do our best to correct the problem. Check out the list of known problems before sending any request.

Try to be very specific and clear when describing the problem.

  3. Briefly describe the problem or your question:

    (example: "Incompatible with xxxxxx")

  4. If the problem can be reproduced, list the steps needed to make it appear:


    If the problem cannot be reproduced (happened only once, or very few times), describe the circumstances in which it occurred and anything you find useful:

    (note: it is a lot harder to correct problems that cannot be reproduced!)

  5. If the bug provokes error messages, type the text exactly as it appears:
